Mumbai Street Style Chinese Pakoda
Welcome to the kitchen today we are
going to make Chinese Pakora Chili today I am going to make Chinese Pakora in
street style these pakoras remain crispy for a long time even after frying and
taste very tasty along with this we use spices so friends let's make it first
of all if we see a cabbage leaf in grams then take 600 grams cabbage before
cutting this cabbage I had cut it well after that I took it in pieces so we
take small pieces in it after cutting it we will put it in a big pot then now
we will put salt in it as per taste and now we will be good so we have to mix
it well with hands cabbage leaves a lot of water from coconut and when we mash
it like this we remove it it becomes soft like dog valley.
So I have seasoned it well but we
keep it for 10 minutes Let me finally remove the water, so now wait for exactly
10 minutes, so after 10 minutes, now we will add ginger, green pepper and
garlic, so I took 1 inch ginger, 10 to 12 cloves of garlic, along with three to
three green chilies, I have put wood in the mixer, so you can also add it by
grinding and now I am putting a little red chili powder in it, along with food
color, so I am adding five pieces of furniture color, I have mixed two big
balls of water, I have used red food color, the color of any other thing is
used, actually all these are non-virtually commercially prepared, after this we
have to mash it well with hands, after mashing, now we will put flour in it.
So I am adding one cup of flour, if
you see in grams, then this is 100 grams of flour, little by little flour You
will read this and will keep kneading the flour well with your handsBy adding
corn flour, binding has come in it, so after adding it, I have stirred it well
and now we will add corn flour, I am adding one third cup of corn flour in it,
if you see in grams, then it is 60 grams of corn flour, so we have taken as
much flour, we will add 40% corn flour and by adding corn flour, our pakoras
will become very crispy and they remain crispy for a long time, so even after
adding corn flour, we have to mix it by kneading it very well with hands.
I have mixed all the things well
and the pakora mixer is ready to fry the pakoras, but before that we make
chutney, so for this, take a bowl or utensil and put three big spoons of tomato
ketchup, one big spoon of red chilli sauce in it, add one big spoon of green
chilli sauce, one big spoon of soya sauce and one big spoon of vinegar in it.
We will add lentils and now.
I am adding one teaspoon red chilli
powder in it, I have added Kashmiri red chilli powder, this will make the
chutney colour very beautiful, now we will mix all these things well, after
mixing we will add one cup of water in it and even after adding water we have
to mix it well, so I have mixed all these things and now we will keep it on the
side and take a bowl, we will add corn flour in it, so I am adding two
teaspoons of corn flour in it and now we will add water in the corn flour, we
will add half a cup of water in it and then mix it well, I have mixed the corn
flour well in the water and now.
I have taken a pan, I am adding one
big spoon of oil in the pan, let the oil become thick, now I am adding chopped
garlic in it, so I have added one big spoon of chopped garlic, we have to fry
the garlic a little about I have fried the garlic for 3 to 4 seconds and now we
will lower the flame of the gas and put the whole garlic that we have prepared
inside it and after putting it, we will stir it a little and then we will let
it cook on medium flame for three to three minutes, so it has been three to three
minutes since it was cooked.
So now I am adding one teaspoon
black pepper powder, salt according to taste, along with this I am adding one
teaspoon sugar, what will happen with this, all the spices that we have added
will be balanced and the taste will also be very good, so after adding all
these, I have cooked it for 1 more minute and now we will put in it the corn
flour ball that we have prepared, so before putting which ball, we have to mix
it once because the corn flour settles down on the bottom side, then I have put
the whole ball inside it and now we will keep the flame of the gas medium and
keep stirring it in between. When we cook it, we have to cook it for about 3 to
4 minutes, till it becomes slightly soft.
So I have cooked it for three to four
minutes and now you can see that it has become quite thick and I like its
consistency perfectly, if you feel that it has become quite thick then you can
add some water in it, our chutney is also ready, we will turn off the gas and
now we will fry the pakoras, the oil that we will take for frying the pakoras
should be medium sized, we will not fry the pakoras in very smoky oil, while
putting the pakoras, we will make the flame of the gas low and after putting
it, do not fry it for three to four minutes because it is still very soft, when
three to four minutes are over, we will fry them by turning them in between, we
have to keep the flame of the gas low to medium, we will fry it by adjusting it
in between but fry it on high flame It takes about 10 minutes to fry these
pakodas, so it took me 10 minutes to fry one onion and now it has become quite
crispy and it has become quite soft and now I am taking it out in a net in such
a way that whatever extra oil is there.
It gets drained inside the pan
itself, so these pakodas are fried, in this way we will fry all the pakodas, we
can see how crispy they are and now I am taking it out in a plate, I have kept
a paper napkin on the plate so that whatever little oil is there, it also gets
drained and you, the chutney that we have made, I am taking it out in a bowl, I
am letting some chutney remain inside the pan itself, I am putting pakodas
directly in it, so you can serve it in this way also, so I put some pakodas in
this chutney and I have already taken out some chutney And I am adding some
chopped green onions on top, so this way it will look good too, it is very
tasty to eat friends and very crispy, our mother's pakoras are ready and if you
want you can serve it separately in any other way and then add chutney on top,
so friends our Chinese pakoras are ready, if you liked the recipe then please
don't forget to like, share and subscribe.
