5 minute tasty Breakfast recipe

Hello friends, if you are bored of eating the same breakfast everyday, then whether it is breakfast or children's tiffin, you must try this recipe. It is prepared in just five minutes with very few ingredients. So let's prepare this breakfast. To prepare it, first of all, we have taken half a cup of curd. Even if the curd is sour, there will be no problem.

 We will finely chop one or two green chillies and add them. We will finely chop one small onion and add it. I have taken a small tomato here, which I have finely chopped. Along with this, we are taking half capsicum, which I have also finely chopped. You can add more or less vegetables as per your taste. Apart from this, if you want to add any other vegetable or not, you can add that as well.

 Or you can add any other vegetable of your choice, beans etc. or you can also add green leaves. After adding it in the curd, we have mixed it well. Now after this, we are taking half a cup of semolina here. We need fine semolina. If it is not fine, then you can grind it in the grinder on pulse mode once or twice to make it fine.

 And after that, we have to mix the semolina well in the curd without water. By adding curd, our breakfast will become very spicy and fluffy. So, let us mix all this mixture well here. This mixture is thick, so now we will add a little water to it at this stage. We have to add water little by little because we neither have to keep the mixture too thick nor too thin. We do not have to add water to it at all. So, see, this batter still seems a little thick to me. So, I will add a little more water to it. So, we can say that in total, half a cup of water has gone into it. So, here we Beat it well, it is a very small and easy recipe, but the smaller the recipe, the tastier it is.

 So let us beat it well, now let us put it on the stove for 5 minutes, so that the semolina swells well. 5 minutes have passed. Now let us see the paste. Look, our paste has become a little thicker than it was. The semolina has swelled well, but we do not have to add water to it. Now we will add salt as per our taste. So we will take a little salt as per our mixture.

 I am adding chaat masala here and I am adding black pepper powder here and I am adding coriander on top. It does not require much ingredients. All these ingredients are easily available in the house. So you must try this recipe once. It is as easy to make as it is tasty and healthy. So look, we have prepared it well by adding two to three spices. We have whisked it again and again, so now our mixture is ready.

At the last stage, we are adding a pinch of baking soda here. You can also use Eno here. You need to take just a pinch of it, not much. I have added a little water here and after that I have whisked it well. So see, the mixture is neither too thick nor too thin. The mixture is ready. Now let us take it to the gas stove. I have taken a small Tadka pan on the gas. If you do not have a Tadka pan of this type, then you can also take a small wok and grease its bottom with a little oil. To make the snack a little more flavorful, I have added cumin seeds, a little black mustard seeds and sesame seeds here.

 We do not need to crackle them much, otherwise they will turn black. Along with that, we have also prepared the mixture by making it. Put one to one and a quarter teaspoon of batter in it and after that cover it and cook it on very low flame for few seconds. We have to cook this snack on low flame only. Do not cook it on medium or high flame at all. And when it changes color from the bottom, turn it over and open it from the other side. We have to turn it for few seconds and cook it properly. We have to cover it to cook it from one side only.

So I am going to show you here by adding it once more. Take one to one and a quarter teaspoon of batter. Not more than this because we do not have to make the snack too thick so that it gets cooked properly. So put only this much batter and see, this hot spicy healthy snack is ready.
