And soybean is ready. The way you do it, it mixes very easily in water. Here I have chopped it very finely. After that squeeze it and take out all the water. One teaspoon finely chopped green chilies. Four to five teaspoon finely chopped coriander leaves. Leave a little hole. Now we will add some spices to it. So first of all we will add half teaspoon chaat masala and half teaspoon roasted cumin powder. One fourth teaspoon garam masala. This is my homemade garam masala. Along with this I am adding half teaspoon Kashmiri red chili powder.
It is less spicy. And if you want to add normal chilies then keep in mind that we have finely chopped green chilies and onions. So you can add according to your requirement. One fourth teaspoon turmeric powder and a little salt. Keep in mind that this is also present in chaat masala, along with this we had also added soybean in the beginning, so add a little 16 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste to grind during the day, I am adding something which is found in everyone's house that is bread crumbs, you just have to take a normal fresh plate and either make its powder by hand like this, keep it a little coarse or you can grind it coarsely in the mixer, you do not have to do anything like golden brown etc.
