capsicum. After this, you have to chop the onion finely. Cut the onion like

like this, first take a slice, like you cut it for salad, after cutting its slice,

you can add them to make it spicy. If you are making chili flakes for
children, you can skip it here. I have added a little crushed black pepper to
it. You can use white pepper instead of black pepper. Mix all the ingredients
well. After adding salt, the vegetables should become a little soft, and after
this, if you want to add mayonnaise, then add two to three tablespoons of
mayonnaise to it. I have added eggless mayonnaise here. You have done this, and
you have to mix the vegetables well with mayonnaise. You need enough mayonnaise
so that the vegetables get mixed well without mixing them too much. You don't
have to add too much of it.
If you want to make it a little
spicier, you can also add some tomato sauce to it. So, look, our mixer is
ready. Now we are making clubs and sandwiches. So, a club sandwich is made in
three layers. For this, you will need cucumber, tomato, and onion. So, peel the
cucumber and see it like this, just like you cut it for salad, cut the cucumber
in long slices. Cut it into slices and cut the onion into round slices. If you
don't eat onion, you can skip it here. Look, I have cut the onion in round
slices as well. And you have to cut the tomato into thin slices. You can cut
the tomato as thin as you can. If you want to put tomato with those vegetables,
then cut it. If you want, you can make tomatoes seedless. So, look, you have to

cutting. Now, let's start making the sandwich. Here, I have taken brown bread.
You can make it with white bread as well. So, I
have kept the white bread aside. You have to take three pieces of bread with
you. Butter gives a very good taste to the sandwich, but it should melt slightly.
It should not melt completely. Butter should not melt at room temperature, as
it happens in the summer. You have to melt the butter lightly and take the
bread from the fridge, or you can take any knife and apply a little butter on
it. A little bit. See, like this. And you have to apply butter on all the
three breads. See, I have applied butter on all three breads. After this,
you keep the vegetables on top. So, first set the bread in this way. Take the
bottom layer and put salad on it. Lettuce is not real, so skip it. After this, you
have to mix the vegetables with mayonnaise and put in onion, capsicum, carrot, etc.
You can add more or less stuffing as per your taste. So, see, I have put
vegetables in the bottom layer and put cheese slices on it. Here, I have used
processed cheese. Then, put lettuce leaves on the other bread in the same way.
And put chopped tomatoes and onions on it.
See, you have to put them a
little apart because when you stuff three sandwiches, the layer goes up to the
top. So, look, you have put onions in this way. Now, sprinkle black peppercorns
on it like hockey sticks, add a little salt, and after this, put cheese and
pepper on it as well, and you have to band them from the top. So, the clubs and
pepper in the three layers form the Scorpion. Now, after this, you have to apply a
little butter on the outside of the bread. Butter will give a very good taste
and also a good colour. Now, you are taking a nonstick pan, apply a little
butter on it. Or you can take a pan, you can grill it on the griller, it is
even better. You have to grill it on the griller, the second bread on the top,
apply a little butter on its outside as well. Now you have to keep a little
ball on it. So, see, I have put a little salt in the ball and keep this ball on
the sandwich. Keep the flame of the gas on medium. Let the sandwich cook from
one side for at least two to two minutes.
